Keats Lettings are aware that many of you will be concerned about the future of your tenancy and how you meet certain challenges over the coming months so to help you, we are adhering to the official Government guidance which can be downloaded HERE.

We have also written our own guidance notes around the questions we have already been asked by our tenants. Please note that our guidance is based on current Government and industry advice.

Guidance covers important issues such as 'I am worried that I may not be able to pay my rent' and 'will you still arrange repairs on my home'.
